Roll Forming machine

Each Roller forming machine consists of the decoiler, main roller forming machine is equipped outside of the line, which is used to form on the coil of color steel of max500mm in width and 0.35~0.75mm in thickness while exerting certain pressing force.

  • One Set of PU Foaming Machine

One set of PU two component Liquid mixing and injecting section for foaming : it adopt high pressure pump. It have the temperature control system and material-level monitoring system. The tank of the material is about 300L./Two tanks. Injecting proportion is A:B=1:125(A :black B:white ).

  • PU Conveyor machine

1. The PU sandwich panel is be conveyed by double aluminium block.

2. The length of the BELT machine is about 24m, which consists of upper frame and lower frame, each frame has two sections.

3. The width of rubber board is 1mm, the range of adjusting distance between upper and lower rubber board: 300-500mm.

  • Panel automatically cutting system
  • 1. Cutting adopts tracking cutting.

2. Band saw (or fly saw) of the cutting machine can move transversely 1000mm, Cutting machine moves longitudinally and transversely along the slide way.

3. Cutting machine adopts one-side blade band saw manner, cutting and revolving after cutting. The cutting saw can revolve, so cutting in two directions is realizable.

4. There is panel tight-pressing system (pneumatic) in the cutting machine;

5. There is location limiter to limit longitudinal and transverse motion of cutting machine.

Installation of the machine

The individual components of the machine are installed according to the layout and prepared for the commissioning.

The installation comprises of:

- Installation by Sussman service technicians.

- The following services are included:

- Installation of the machine components.

- Adjustment of the machine components.

- Connection of all motors to the control cabinet.

- Installation of the required safety devices.

Delivery extent does not comprise of:

- Media supply (electrics, compressed air, etc.)to the machine(control cabinet)

- Raw material,process material and fuels

- Raw material for test blocks

- Transport and lifting devices

- Auxiliary staff.

The operators of the plant should be present during the installation in order to become familiar with the new machines.

Commissioning of the machine

The components of the machine are commissioned one after the other. At the end of the commissioning the machine is ready for production and is handed over.

The commissioning comprises:

- Commissioning by Sussman service technicians

- Training at the machine

- The following services are rendered

- Run up of the machine components

- Testing of all functions of the machine components

- Start of a fully automatic molding process

- Execution of machine acceptance

Delivery extent does not comprise of:

- Raw materials, process materials and consumables

- Raw material for test blocks

- Transport and lifting devices

The operators of the plant should be present during the commissioning in order to become familiar with the new machines.

The detailed measures are as follows:

1.Guidelines for installation and commissioning of equipment:

Based on the actual situation, to assist and guide the Buyer and Buyer’s technical personnel in the overall installation location, the installation of equipment, and provide Buyer with answers to their questions and related issues;

2.Provide training for operation and maintenance personnel:

Based on the Buyer’s request, Sussman will provide free of charge training of the operation and maintenance personnel;

a) The User (Buyer) can send their operation and maintenance personnel to our factory for learning and training;

b) When Sussman is doing the installation and test running of the equipment for the Buyer, the Buyer can send their personnel to participate.

3.If failure occurs in any of the machines during the “three guarantees” period(one year), then, upon the Buyer’s request, Sussman will eliminate the failure;

4. Sussman will inform all its Buyers about any upgrades and significant product improvements. Sussman will provide equipment modifications based on their costs. Sussman will provide Buyers with high-quality after-sales services in a careful and responsible attitude, provide very strong guarantee for the Buyer’s normal production.

2. second payment: 60% by T/T, after the successful inspection at seller’s workshop, and before delivery

One engineer will visit Buyer’s workshop for install, commission and training, the salary of our engineer cost USD 100 per day, The customer should ensure the pre-installation being carried out appropriately, and pay round tickets, the local board and lodge.

12 months warranty, Starting from the date of the successful installation and commissioning of the equipments.
